I began personal training with Craig Bohannan with the hope of alleviating some nagging back pain. He is an expert at his craft and listened to my symptoms, assessed areas of weakness in my body, and created a plan to get balanced safely. About 9 months later, I am in probably the strongest I’ve ever been. He is a true pleasure to work with and keeps the workouts fresh and challenging. The facility is top-notch in that it is immaculate, well-appointed, and is convenient for my work schedule. Being physically fit has helped with attitude, and energy and has made me feel fearless in whatever it is I am trying to accomplish.
I have a somewhat sedentary style job and was in need of physical exercise that fit my age, ability, and time schedule. Craig listened to my needs, challenges, and time constraints and worked with me to build a program that enabled me to be successful in this initiative.
